You agree to use this site solely for lawful purposes, such as requesting callbacks, booking commercial cleaning appointments, or acquiring information about our services. You are prohibited from using this site to transmit malicious code, spam, or engage in behavior that disrupts the website's performance.
3. SMS Communications & Compliance
When you provide your mobile phone number on our contact forms (such as in callback request forms) and check the marketing consent checkbox, you explicitly consent to receive automated notifications, appointment updates, service reminders, and marketing text messages (SMS) from RBA Commercial Services. 4. Payments, Cancellations & Scheduling
For commercial cleaning contracts, invoices are issued according to the agreed-upon billing cycle (e.g., monthly). Payments must be made within the net terms specified on the invoice. Any cancellation or rescheduling of a scheduled cleaning visit must be communicated to us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a rescheduling fee.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, designs, text, graphics, logos, and images on this website are the intellectual property of RBA Commercial Services and are protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
RBA Commercial Services operates with fully insured, bonded, and trained specialists.
